In Alberta, the minimum education requirement for psychologists is a master's degree with the coursework required to become a Registered Psychologist.

Loma Linda University, (based in California) offers a M.Sc. degree program in Marital  and  Family Therapy in Camrose, Alberta.
University of Alberta

The entrance requirement for a master's degree program in psychology is usually an acceptable average in a four-year bachelor's degree program with a specialization in psychology (honors program preferred).
